During a drive across the Prairies I used Guru VPN whenever I stopped at motels with open Wi‑Fi, and the app connected quickly each time and kept my email access private.

Servers in 49+ countries — connect close to yourself or close to friends playing Destiny 2 from another region
Connections up to 10 Gbps, no artificial traffic caps
Raids and endgame PvE activities run long with no mid-activity save, so the honest pain point is session-length stability through a full raid or Trials run — closer to an MMO's needs than a typical shooter's.
Encrypted protection on public Wi-Fi
30-day money-back guarantee
Why use a VPN for Destiny 2?
Fair connection, not an edge
A VPN doesn't lower your ping below other players' or get past Destiny 2's BattlEye — it gives your connection an encrypted, stable route instead of your raw ISP link, nothing more.
Safe on public Wi-Fi
Encrypts your Bungie login and Destiny 2 session on hotel, café, or campus Wi-Fi — the networks where account theft, including fake Silver sellers, is easiest to pull off.
Steadier across every experience
Raids and endgame PvE activities run long with no mid-activity save, so the honest pain point is session-length stability through a full raid or Trials run — closer to an MMO's needs than a typical shooter's.
Access on restricted networks
Play Destiny 2 from school, work, or dorm Wi-Fi that throttles or blocks gaming traffic — the same stable, encrypted connection you'd get at home.
Speed & stability
Up to 10 Gbps connections with no artificial bandwidth caps, so Destiny 2's multi-gigabyte patches and updates finish fast instead of eating into your play time.
Devices
Destiny 2 runs on: Windows PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One/Series X|S. One Guru VPN subscription covers up to 10 devices, so your connection is protected wherever you play. Playing on a console? Guru VPN protects the connection through your router setup.

Why Guru VPN for Destiny 2?
Servers built for gaming, not just streaming
Up to 10 Gbps connections with no artificial traffic caps, so long Destiny 2 sessions run without ISP throttling or slowdowns.
ChaCha20 encryption — fast by design
Security here isn't a speed tax: ChaCha20 outperforms AES on devices without dedicated encryption hardware, which is most phones, laptops, and router-connected consoles.
A kill switch that actually blocks traffic
If the VPN drops mid-session, your device goes offline instead of quietly falling back to your real IP.
Zero-logs policy, GDPR-compliant
Nothing about your Destiny 2 sessions gets kept to sell or hand over.
Up to 10 devices on one account
Phone, PC, and a console connected through your router, without juggling separate subscriptions.
About Destiny 2
Bungie's looter-shooter MMO, built around weekly raids and a deep loot system.
Bungie's long-running looter-shooter MMO, built around weekly raid and dungeon rotations, a seasonal content model, and a deep loot/build system layered on top of first-person shooting. Trials of Osiris is its flagship high-stakes competitive PvP mode.

Guru VPN Privacy Principles
Built on transparent privacy standards, designed to keep your Destiny 2 sessions private.
No Activity Tracking
Guru VPN doesn't monitor, log, or store your activity — no browsing history, DNS queries, connection timestamps, or IP addresses on file.
Minimal Data Collection
Only the bare minimum needed to keep the service running gets collected.
Strong Encryption Standards
Anyone sharing your network — from your ISP to a stranger on public Wi-Fi — sees encrypted traffic, not your Destiny 2 session.
Account & payment safety
Watch out for fake Silver (premium currency) sellers and phishing pages targeting your Bungie.net account.
What a VPN actually changes for Destiny 2 — and what it doesn't
Destiny 2 runs BattlEye, aimed at detecting cheat software, not VPN or datacenter IPs — there's no publicly documented policy of banning accounts purely for VPN use.

I started using Guru VPN to watch
lectures from a university portal that blocks some regions, and since switching to a suggested server the streams load quickly and stay smooth.
Cool app
After noticing my kids often connect to random Wi‑Fi at malls, I added Guru VPN to their phones and showed them the single connect button, and now they enable it before watching videos or using social apps in public places.
I love that I can set Guru VPN to
auto-connect on certain networks, so once configured, I don't have to think about it. It provides constant, silent protection in the background. I've never seen that feature before.
Buffer free
I use this app daily for streaming, and it never buffers. It's super fast, super secure, and I love that it doesn’t log anything. One tap and I’m fully protected! Couldn’t ask for more!
I installed Guru VPN to add an extra
layer of security when accessing corporate dashboards from home, and it now connects automatically before I log in to any work system or cloud service.
Simple use
The way this VPN works, I'd say it is perfect for everyday use! Whether I’m shopping online or watching geo-restricted media, Guru VPN keeps me anonymous and connected. Simple, trustworthy, and effective.
The best
On my daily train cọmmute I open Guru VPN, hit the single button, and read emails over the train Wi‑Fi knowing my connection is encrypted the entire ride.
I play competitive shooters where
every millisecond counts. This VPN's optimized servers actually improved my ping. I connect to a location closer to the game host, and my latency drops noticeably.
Must-have for remote work
As someone who works remotely, I rely on VPNGuru every day to secure my connection. It’s fast, stable, and I’ve never had an issue with dropped connections.
Play Destiny 2 Fast, Private & Secure
A steadier connection for Destiny 2, strong privacy, and a risk-free guarantee.
Destiny 2 VPN FAQ
Technically yes, but free VPNs usually mean data caps, server queues, and providers that monetize your data — a paid, zero-logs VPN is the more predictable choice.
Yes, VPNs are legal in most countries; using one doesn't break any law.
It can — raids and endgame activities run long with no mid-activity save, so a stable connection matters more here than in a typical shooter. BattlEye targets cheat software, not VPN use, so there's no publicly documented ban risk from it.
Windows PC, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One/Series X|S.
It can, if the VPN server offers a more direct route to the game's servers than your ISP's default path — results depend on your location relative to the server.
