This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) applies to the service GuruVPN and GuruVPN client software applications for the Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS operating systems. The terms “GuruVPN client” and “Software” refer to the GuruVPN and GuruVPN clients for either operating system, unless more explicitly identified elsewhere in this Agreement.

By installing, operating, distributing, or otherwise using the Software You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, acknowledge it, and consent to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and becoming a party to it. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

Proprietary rights.
The GuruVPN client is not free software. The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

License restrictions.
Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, You MAY NOT:
—Sublicense, rent, or lease any portion of the Software; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software, or create derivative works from the Software;
—Use the Software in any manner not authorised by this license.

Upgrades.
Upgraded versions of the GuruVPN client may be announced automatically by the Software or on the GuruVPN website. Upgrades may include additional features and/or bug fixes over previous releases.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF REMEDIES. YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT OR NONMISAPPROPRIATION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, TITLE, CUSTOM, TRADE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY OF INFORMATION CONTENT, OR SYSTEM INTEGRATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SOFTWARE WILL BE AVAILABLE OR OPERATE IN AN UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, TIMELY OR COMPLETELY SECURE MANNER, OR THAT ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL GURUVPN, OR ITS AUTHORIZED PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE SERVICE OR SOFTWARE.
